warranty and returns


The minWallet has a two-year warranty for manufacturer defects from the original date of purchase.  The fabric itself should never rip or tear.  The warranty is for when it is used as a wallet (not a door stop, hazardous materials clean-up, etc.)  In the rare and unexpected event that the minWallet has an issue, it can be exchanged.   See "Exchanges" and "Shipping" information below.


The short story:

30-day return policy if you just don't like it; for whatever reason. However, we will observe a small moment of silence for any returned item.

The long story:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (or very lightly used) and in the same condition that you received it. Ideally, you'll still have the original packaging; but not required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days.

Exchanges and Shipping

We only replace items if they are defective; and only within two years from original purchase date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@minwallet.com and send your item to: 4931 Crestmoor Dr., Des Moines, IA 50310.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if returning a minWallet - you will only need one stamp. Yes, they are that light.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
